Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging intact. Some exclusions apply.
How to Return
- Request a Return: Visit our Returns Portal
- Pack Your Items: Include the completed returns form and original packaging
- Post Your Return: Use the prepaid label (UK) or your preferred carrier (international)
Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 working days after we receive your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- £2.95 return fee applies (deducted from your refund)
Non-Returnable Items
- Swimwear & lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
- Earrings (hygiene reasons)
- Sale items marked as “Final Sale”
- Customized/personalized items
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order on Debberes.com

International Returns
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Refund excludes original shipping fees and customs charges
- Please allow extra processing time
